Final pre-release sales on Monday 3rd July, full sales launch of new homes in the world’s oldest surviving steam powered cotton mill by end-summer
Manchester Life Development Company today confirmed that the final eight pre-release homes will be available for sale from Monday 3rd July, with opening of the show-homes and full sales launch by the end of summer.
The first 13 homes to be pre-released have now been reserved by owner-occupiers, with all remaining homes confirmed to be limited to this market and not buy-to-let investors to fulfil homeowner demand and create a vibrant community at the heart of Ancoats.
Murrays’ Mills is the transformation of the Grade II and II* listed buildings into 123 design-led one, two and three bedroom apartments and one townhouse, all set around a courtyard garden.
The careful and sympathetic restoration has preserved the character and fabric of buildings that were at the heart of Manchester’s industrial revolution, and is delivering highly specified homes that will combine the best of new-build technology with original features, including circular stone stairs, exposed brickwork, and beams.
Murrays’ Mills residents will have lifts, 24/7 concierge services, cycle storage and parking nearby to make for a unique and hassle-free living experience in one of Manchester city centre’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
Marty Edelman, Executive Chairman of Manchester Life Development Company, said: “Ancoats’ location, heritage and open spaces provide enormous potential for a vibrant residential neighbourhood within the city. To make this work it’s critical to have the right balance of rental and owner-occupier homes, so with Murrays’ Mills history and central location within Ancoats, we chose to designate the entire development to owner-occupiers only to ensure it becomes a central part of the community.”
Apartments will be ready for occupation from Spring 2018 and start from £165,000. Further information can be found by contacting Reside on 0161 837 2840 or firstname.lastname@example.org, or at www.mcrlife.co.ukBack to latest news
